60 Years of motocross on the Eyller Berg

Eyller Berg motocross track in the early 50's

In 1953 the first race was held on the Eyller Berg motocross track. To mark the 60th anniversary of the motocross track, the Kamp-Lintfort Motorclub is going all-out for the next race on May 1st.

In 1953 at the first race on the Eyller Berg motocross track 49 riders competed and some 10,000 spectators were present, who in fine weather experienced an eventful race day. The event exercised such a fascination for people, that in the coming years the crowds were increasing up to 30,000, and should ensure the survival of the club for the next few decades, despite the emergence of television and growing entertainment options.

For the ADAC motorclub Kamp-Lintfort this anniversary is reason enough to treat its loyal fans and all motorsport fans on a never before offered program at the Eyller Berg.
On the traditional circuit riders will be competing in three classes on two, three and four wheels for the German Championship rounds.

Time schedule Int. 62. ADAC Motocross Kamp‐Lintfort may 1st 2013
